Male VOCALIST seeking established Band or seasoned Musicians (Guitar, Bass, Drums, Keys) looking to start a new Project. I have been singing in working Bands for over 25 years. I can cover many genres/decades including Rock, Hard Rock, Classic Rock, R&B, Top 40’s, Country, Grunge, 1950s – 2000’s. My best fit: Musicians or a Band (Cover or Original) seeking a Vocalist who loves the music, not the scene. I already know all the standards as well as many non-standards. I have an extensive knowledge of music/lyrics and can come up to speed quickly. I believe in practicing at home & coming prepared to rehearsal to fine tune. Have a Pro attitude without LSD (Lead Singer Disease). I never sing or read from an iPad on stage. Have no issue with other members singing a few songs during a gig & can offer great harmonies. I'm comfortable on stage as well as interacting with a crowd, play Blues Harp & some Percussion if needed, have an easy-going attitude & am always willing to try new songs. I enjoy doing this as a hobby, not a living & am looking for fun, like-minded, reliable to adults to perform with who are not spread across 3-4 other projects. I don’t care about age or looks, just talent & drive. Don't do drugs, not interested in drama & have a spouse who supports. Can commit to: - Rehearse 1x per week. - Prefer weeknight rehearsals vs. weekends (not a deal-breaker) - Learn new songs regularly. 1 – 5 per month. - Willing to play both East & West Valley. - Willing to play the occasional small venue or for low pay if it means a foot in the door or for new opportunity. - Available to play local venues 1 -2 times per month or upon request (weekends only). - Willing to share expenses for rehearsals, lights, sound or promo materials. - Have reliable transportation & gear. - Have a day job with occasional travel. - I don't have a PA but do have Sound & Lighting contacts if needed.
