Learn the sign business by joining Pennsylvania's leading sign company. Elmark is seeking an a a Helper to assist Senior Sign Installers at our rapidly expanding West Chester office. Successful candidates will have a strong mechanical aptitude, familiarity with power tools, and possess a willingness to learn the sign business. This is an entry level position, with significant growth opportunity. Senior Sign Installers earn in excess of $30/hour. *You will learn how to install: Electrical signs Channel letters Dimensional Letters Cabinet signs Vinyl Graphics Banners Post & panel signs Requirements: Strong ambition and drive to succeed Familiarity with hand tools such as drills and impact drivers Can quickly and accurately read a tape measure Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Able to work outside in tough weather conditions Pay + Benefits: Performance bonus 10 PTO days in first year Health insurance 9 Paid Holidays Job Type: Full-time Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
