Junk Galaxy is hiring Crew Leaders--no experience necessary! OUR COMPANY Junk Galaxy provides full-service junk removal, local moving, and light demolition services throughout greater Knoxville. Our office is located in central Knoxville near the intersection of Middlebrook Pike and Amherst Drive. We have a hard-earned reputation for outstanding customer service. COMPENSATION Pay is every other Friday, and in addition to hourly compensation Junk Galaxy employees are eligible to earn performance bonuses, gratuities, and perks such as team meals and outings. - $15 per hour to start - $17.50 per hour after 90-day probationary period - Annual raises upon successful performance review - Performance bonuses - Share customer gratuities with crew member - Paid via direct deposit every other Friday JOB DESCRIPTION Crew Leaders are in charge of a two-person team and are responsible for achieving daily, weekly, and monthly goals. Crew Leaders will ensure that all work is performed safely and efficiently and that the company's high standards for customer service are met on each and every job. The Crew Leader will drive one of the following: - Medium duty dump truck - 15 ft or 16 ft box truck - 3/4 Ton work truck with 12 ft or 14 ft trailer HOURS Full-time shifts are available from Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM. Part-time shifts are also available on weekday evenings and weekend days.
