Hey everyone, I've been working on an acoustic-rock project for quite some time now. Mostly originals, but we have some covers to mix it up for live shows. I have a bassist and lead guitarist (who will be singing backup Vox), and I'm on acoustic guitar for rhythm as well as Main Vox. I've written the lyrics, composed and have recorded/produced all the music in the band so this project is essentially a live band for my Project. We rehearse in my garage where I have a full PA setup, amps and a drum set. Whenever it does get close to show dates, we will rent out a studio space and rehearse there a few times for better quality rehearsal. I want to keep things formal and be upfront here so there is no loss of communication. For any drummer interested, this would be a great way to be part of a like-minded group of passionate musicians, but as a college student it would be very hard for hire a drummer to practice and perform. For this reason, I totally understand if that's a commitment that would be difficult to make. However, if you have time on your hands, love playing drums and have always wanted to be part of a band, please send me an email and lets get in touch.
