Position: Lead Generator - Crew Chief ($100 + Commission per lead for FREE ESTIMATES) Description: Gator Metal Roofing is seeking a CREW CHIEF appointment setter to join our team. You will be working with homeowners to schedule appointments for our sales staff to complete a no-obligation estimate. Your responsibility is not to make any hard sales, but only to go door-to-door and find customers interested in receiving a free estimate for our ENERGY SAVING METAL ROOFING. If you are motivated and want to work for a great company, make a good living, and expand your talents, this is the opportunity for you! There is no experience required! We will train you to succeed. Compensation: Pay is performance-based plus a commission plan. We are open to candidates seeking either Part-time or Full-time employment. Our average appointment setters make around $1,250 per week, while our top reps make $3,000 per week.
