Ardaman has the following opportunities available: CONSTRUCTION MATERIALS TESTING LABORATORY MANAGER Candidate will be required to perform basic and advanced construction materials laboratory testing, coordinate work of other technicians, train and mentor technicians, monitor the progress of the testing, scheduling, and assist the Engineering Lab Technical Director with administration of the laboratory including maintain the calibration records of the laboratory equipment. Tests include but are not limited to Atterberg limits, grain size analysis, concrete strength testing, soil classifications, proctor testing, LBR, and asphalt testing. Requirements: • 3 years previous experience as a Construction Materials Lab Technician • High School Diploma or equivalent • Must have a good attitude, basic understanding of business objectives, pay attention to detail, and get along well with others. • Must be willing to work overtime and/or weekends when required. The following certifications are required or the ability to obtain within 1 year of employment: • ACI/CTQP Aggregate Base Testing Technician • ACI/CTQP Aggregate Testing Technician • CTQP LBR Technician • CTQP Asphalt Plant I • ACI Concrete Strength Testing Technician • CTQP Concrete Lab Technician I We offer a comprehensive benefits program including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, paid time off, 401(k) with company match, and much more.
