Azor, Inc. is a Property Maintenance Company. We provide property maintenance for shopping centers. Azor, Inc. Provides the following services: Pressure Washing Sweeping (sweeper driver) Striping & Painting Sealcoat Portering ( Changing trash bags, removing cobwebs, removing trash from parking lots & beds) Vacancy Cleanings Parking lot repairs (changing signs, bollards, asphalt, ect…) Any general maintenance for a shopping center including miscellaneous services or repairs. Requirements for this job: You must be 25 years old or older for our insurance with a three year minimum clean driving record to apply for sweeper driver. You must be 18+ with reliable transportation to apply for general labor or porter or 25+ with a good license if you will be using a company vehicle.
