Looking for a HVAC sub to install 2 systems (5-ton & 2-2.5 ton) in a 1 1/2 story rebuild in East Dallas. 2nd story and roof envelope will be foamed. Job entails: - Removal of one legacy system - Running new supply and return ductwork (downstairs has 12-15 supply, upstairs 4-7 depending on design) - Placing new grilles - Some chase ducting - All ductwork expected to be within conditioned envelope - All standard City of Dallas inspections - Install and calibrate equipment Smaller system will be electric. Will finalize larger system as gas or electric soon. Please include a price that assumes a 14-15 SEER system for each. If gas for larger system is extra, please note.
