Need Plumber for drain leak & Brick Mason

Need a plumber to fix a drain leak. I believe the leak is right under the sill plate at the foundation. This is perimeter wall. Outside wall may need to be opened up to fix, so need a brick guy as well. Prefer not to open outside wall so if you can do that then let me know. Please give me an estimate on time and materials as I can't have everyone out who responds to this post. Then if you want to come out and bid the job you can do that. House is in SW Fort Worth.
