Richco Property Services, LLC is in need of a Field Manager who is capable of picking up materials from Home Depot for properties active in their area, walk the properties before and after the job is complete with work orders in hand (We will be discussing this further with candidates via phone call), work with crews, project coordinator, and client efficiently to ensure every job passes inspection without any "recall" or fails with a strict timeline. Field manager candidates MUST have their own or reliable access to a truck, printer, and computer. *Experience is not required but preferred.
