Sweet Mid-size baby dog looking for forever home

We found this sweet border/lab mix wandering our neighborhood with her brother. She's fully vetted and vaccinated, spayed previously to coming into our home, and potty trained. The vet said she's between six and eight years old but she plays like a pup (with better self control XD). Brownie girl can be timid at first, but once she warms up she loves to play with her toys, romp with our kiddo and cuddle with anyone available. She's wonderful with our dogs, no signs of aggression towards humans or other animals, food or otherwise which was tested with our pack at home. (which includes a small Dandie Dinmont and other large breeds). She does like to chase our cats, but never out of aggression. It seems she just wants to play with them like she does all our other dogs, though out of caution would not recommend a house with felines that tend towards high strung or fearful; at least not without a very careful introduction. She'd make a wonderful first pet for a child or a great companion animal for anyone and honestly we'd be keeping her ourselves if we had the room for her. Such a perfect sweet darling for anyone that wants an abundantly cuddly girl to spend time with. We're asking a small rehoming fee for her safety and some help towards her vet bills.
