Need some basic experience in apartment repairs and minor plumbing. This is for 2flat building and mostly for the first floor apt. Must have tools and transportation. Must be able to text photos of work done. Pay will vary with type of work needed. Also there will be some grounds upkeep like snow shoveling, trash picked up. Please be reliable and honest.
