Contractor Needed to Enclose Porch

Greetings, I’m looking for a solid experienced contractor who does great work and keeps his word to do a small enclosure to my existing porch. The plans are attached. Before submitting your bid, please review the plans carefully. I will be providing the windows and the light fixture — you will provide all of the remaining materials and labor. Once the concrete floor has been leveled and has dried, this should be a 2-3 day job. I’m not in a hurry, but once this project starts I don’t want to drag it on. If you don’t have the experience, tools, capacity and labor to knock this job out in 3 days or less, please do not bid. When you bid, please briefly state the following: Your name and your firm if applicable Your trades experience and number of years The additional labor and or/tradesmen you’ll be bringing with you to complete this job Your phone number Your rough bid price These plans should give you a good idea of the scope of the project and what it entails: Plans: Photo of existing: I’ll be available this Saturday to do any kind of site visits that you need in order for you see the project if necessary.
