About the role:
This role is 75% customer service, 25% warehouse and inventory management. As part of an agile team in a startup environment, you'll be asked to wear different hats.
Hours: 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM
Responsibilities and Duties:
Interface with:
-Customers
-In-House Sales Representatives
-Suppliers
-Shipping Services
Process orders
Receiving shipments weekly (physically and into our operating system)
Organize and fill warehouse shelves with product that is received
Picking, packing, and shipping orders daily
Generate shipping labels for shipments leaving the warehouse on our internal operating system (UPS, Fedex, DHL, and other shipping companies)
Maintain inventory and perform quarterly inventory counts
Maintain order and cleanliness of warehouse
Effectively communicate with all departments
Requirements :
Full-Time
Fluent in English (Verbal and Written)
Can lift up to 60 lbs
Computer skills required
Has a high school diploma or GED
Strong organizational skills and attention to details
Works well on a team and strong communication skills
Ability to successfully multitask
