Growing property management firm is seeking an individual for a full-time position for maintenance services in Hillsborough County. Applicants must have a flexible schedule and be able to work Monday through Friday, 30-40 hours per week. Additional hours and occasional weekends will be required. Under the supervision of the Operation Manager, responsibilities include but not limited to: · Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on all buildings and outdoor equipment, including playgrounds, pool decks, signage, lights, etc. · Building Maintenance will include painting, plumbing, basic electrical, drywall repairs, etc. · Maintain clean facilities at all times, which include trash and debris pick up and disposal. · Removing trash and debris from lakes, common areas, etc. · Performs any additional requested work from the Operations Manager All applicants are required to pass a pre-employment physical, drug screening, background check, and have reliable transportation, current auto insurance and a valid driver’s license.
