We are a small construction and management company that build new homes and manages it's residential properties wanting to hire an experienced, skilled foreman looking to for an opportunity to develop managerial, administrative and leadership skills. Must have significant skills in all trades and be able to use them and mentor them on a daily basis including the ability to read and execute building plans. Communication, scheduling and supervision of all aspects of each project including workers, vendors, inspectors etc. on a professional level. Must process paperwork in a planned and organized fashion and be willing to learn the business management aspects of the industry. This position requires the individual be of good character, highly motivated and hard working. Must be healthy, have transportation and a clean driving record.
