Job Summary: The Maintenance Engineer II performs installation, repair, upkeep, and day to day general maintenance of hotel and/or apartment facilities. ● Perform repair and replace electrical receptacles, switches, sensors, lamps, ballasts, and fixtures. ● Perform repair and replace plumbing fixtures, faucets, valves, water heaters, and piping. ● Perform the following building general maintenance tasks as required: minor carpentry, painting, drywall repair, ceiling tiles/grid repair/replacement, wallpaper repair, flooring/base repair, minor concrete repair, etc. ● Perform or assist with preventive maintenance of building equipment/systems as directed. ● Maintain all work areas in a clean and safe manner. ● Complete other facility maintenance duties as required/assigned. ● Respond quickly to emergency situations. ● Comply with Company policies and procedures. ● Maintain a safe work environment at all times and report safety concerns/issues to direct supervisor. ● Performs other duties or projects as assigned or requested.
