Now hiring. Solar installers will be responsible for properly installing roof top solar arrays on residential homes or commercial properties and make electrical connections. Team members must be fit, strong and be able to work in a fast pace, ever changing work environment. Team members must be able to lift up to 50lbs, work in a bent position, have NO fear of working on roofs and must have a healthy/strong work ethic. Job requires traveling in company truck or personal car in Southern California. Previous solar installation or roofing experience is highly valuable. Knowledge of stepping on clay and concrete tile roofs without breaking tiles is a must. Ability to accurately read blueprints is a plus. Must pass drug test. No exceptions. Quality communication and customer relations is required. Great compensation. $20 - $25/h DO NOT APPLY IF NOT QUALIFIED FOR THE JOB!
