Enjoy working in the field and communicating with customers? This position merges the use of power tools and sales skills! A winning combo of providing estimates to customers, closing the sale, and then installing the home improvement products. We provide uniforms, all tools, work van, iPad. You bring a positive attitude, good work ethic, and a willingness to learn. We offer paid training. Full-time position. Paid holidays, paid sick leave after 90 days, paid vacation after one year of service. Pay ranges from 30k-45k, depending on experience and ability to perform. Must be able to lift up to 100 lb. Prior roofwork or construction experience a plus, but not required. You will love working for a small company with no workplace drama!
