House keeper needed for 21 unit timeshare condominium in Ormond Beach on the beach. Duties include linen and towel exchange, washing drying and folding. Guests leave on Saturdays and new guests arrive. On Saturdays rooms get cleaned by contract employees and we check the rooms and inventory supplies. Other duties include cleaning small amount of common areas, elevator and lobbies. Work with manager and maintenance staff. Must be good with people, have clean background and pass a drug test.
