Benjamin Fairly is putting on a seven course tasting menu with pairings at The Grove Gallery. Benjamin Fairly is an executive chef & multi-disciplinary visual artist living in Milwaukee. He has headed up the kitchen in some of the cities most respected restaurants including, Sauce, Hotel Madrid, Tenuta's and Hinterland. He is working with his wife Merideth and his daughter Lydia to bring an intimate dining experience to The Grove Gallery. We are offering service for up to 12 guests for a seven course tasting menu with pairings. We are able to do tables for two or farmhouse seating for up to 20 if you want something more casual.
