Found stray dog, need to rehome

Found a stray dog with no collar and no microchip. Need to find him a home ASAP because my apartment complex doesn't allow me to have more than 2 animals. He is not neutered, seems to be fairly potty trained, not sure if he has any shots. I have given him a flea and tick bath so should be clean and free of said pests. He is very friendly but also very skittish. He is pet aggressive so it is suggested to go to a home with no other animals. He loves to go for walks and be outside.
