I will pay a team to get rid of everything inside an apartment and clean it. There will need to be at least two people but preferably a team so it goes faster. There is furniture inside. There are household goods. What happens to them? I don't care. Sell them at your profit, dispose of them, whatever. Some of it is kind of valuable, so this is an extremely profitable venture if you're willing to put in the work afterwards to sell. A lot of it is literal trash. Everything needs cleaning, if you are to use it yourself. There is no running water at the apartment but this situation may change depending on when you're hired. The apartment cleaning will need to be thorough, including carpet washing and toilet cleaning. Semi-flexible payment. For a good cause.
