If you missed these sold out classes before, here's another chance! Not your typical yoga class. Rock music, a little swearing, still a fun flow in a zen location. If you need a healthy stress-release, join Bottoms Up! at River Yoga Studio lead by our certified Rage Yoga instructor. (This class is BYOB for those 21+.)
