Truck plowers Snow blowers Snow shovelers Side walk machines We pay for all materials upfront ) What Are The Properties : - Manhattan : 2 Properties with long Sidewalks (shovel only) - Harlem: 1 Property with long Sidewalks (shovel only) - Bronx: large shopping center with long sidewalks (plow & shovel) - Brooklyn & Queens: 14 fast food locations (plow & shovel) Subcontractor Requirements : - Have a smart phone - MUST have your own snow blower or shovel or truck with plow shovel or any snow equipment - also Equipment must be in good condition How Do I Get Paid ? - We pay within 5 days after storm passes - we pay hourly Salary payout : Skid steer $ 70 a hour Side walk all machines $ 58 a hour Plow truck workers $ 44.50 a hour Snow blowers $ 22.50 a hour Snow Shovelers $ 18.50 Post & pre Salters $125 per service Scope of Work : - We start plowing / shoveling at ½ inch - Plows can expect to work on average 10 hours for a 5 inch storm. We plow every 3 inches with the storm from the beginning to the end of the storm. - Shovel crews can work a day before the storm pre salting sidewalks, shovel during the storm, and says after post salting sidewalks.
