What we put in our bodies has a massive impact on how our day goes. The food you eat has an affect on the quality of your studying and efficiency finishing assignments. Eating carb-heavy foods when studying makes one feel more tired and sluggish and less motivated to do work. This workshop promotes healthier eating options to help you increase your study efficiency.
