Hi, My name is Coach Lou. This past year I have been become a TRX qualified trainer, and TRX kettlebell Introduced by work shop. The winter holidays are coming up, and we are going to be reunited with loved ones. Iam starting a TRX bootcamp to get in better shape, and I invite you to come join me 5 days a week to a Free introductory TRX training at 3 Parks (Windmuller 1pm-2:30pm, Big Bush 3pm-4:30pm, Gantry Plaza Park 5pm-6:30pm). Iam looking forward to meeting you all, and crushing some fitness goals.
