Let’s create INNER SYNERGY going into 2022! Who wants to go into 2022 with vision, hope, and not carrying your past into your future? I will be hosting a 6 week in person class starting in November. This course will cover Heart Math tools as well as meditative practices. This course will give you the tools you need to shed that old mindset and how to rewire the body to a new mind. You will learn how to set your attention and heart toward what you want and create INNER SYNERGY within yourself. Course will consist of 6 weeks of meetings, we will meet once a week for 2hours. Cost is $200 per person
