with Brook Heathcoat Let’s rock, roll, and lean on each other as we learn the ancient art of Thai Massage. It’s like laying there having yoga done on you- with the weight of someone you trust bringing you into a deep state of relaxation. All levels of experience are welcome. This is a class to relax and have fun moving through a sequence, trade places and repeat. My intention is for you to learn easy and effective movements with good body mechanics that will make giving and receiving massage all the better. You do not have to have a partner to join as long as you are comfortable pairing with another person. Led by Brook Heathcoat Cost: $35 Members: $30 Elevate was created with a pure and honest intention to serve the community. This intention is the backbone of our studio, and we want everyone who walks through the door to feel welcomed and appreciated.  We strive to cultivate a strong and supportive yoga community for all, and this is why we've chosen to run off of donations. We trust in the process of honest giving and receiving - a true practice of karma. We also strive to bring yoga off the mat and into the world. We encourage each student to embrace their inner explorer - understanding the importance of nature and the life that surrounds us.
