STRATEGIC WORK Works with ASPP III to ensure that the responsibilities under the job titles assigned to them are completed to BSS standards Strategizes the most efficient method of job completion, mobilizing reporting positions Ensures that proper equipment has been filled and loaded in the trucks according to SOPs Ensures that equipment is being proactively maintained according to SOPs Regularly familiarizes themself with all Reporting Positions’ Position Agreements, reporting necessary changes to Reporting Manager Conducts thorough, insightful and timely performance reviews for reporting positions for Reporting Positions Promptly and accurately reports major repair needs to Shop Mechanic Communicates any notes about the jobs Double checks that the jobs are complete and property is left better than when BSS arrived Ensures records are correctly entered in Aspire Safely drives truck and trailer to worksites Tracks supplies and proactively orders accordingly Converses with clients about property concerns and provide them with business cards to contact the office Exhibits willingness to work on any company crew (BSS prefers and provides opportunities for year-round employment) TACTICAL WORK SUMMER POTENTIAL POSITIONS MAINTENANCE DIVISION - Lawn Maintenance Crew Leader Lead Property Caretaker IRRIGATION DIVISION PLANT HEALTH CARE DIVISION ENHANCEMENT DIVISION WINTER POTENTIAL POSITIONS SNOW DIVISION Snow Crew Leader Plow Operator Mag Truck Operator NON-SEASONAL POTENTIAL POSITIONS PRESSURE- WASHING DIVISION WINDOW-WASHING DIVISION OVERHEAD DIVISION Shopkeeper MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Age Restrictions - See individual position agreements for confirmation Legal, valid, unrestricted, driver's license, with no DUIs in the past 3 years or multiple infractions in order to drive a BSS vehicle Reliable transportation to work to help maintain a pristine attendance record Ability to work a flexible winter schedule, (hours may begin 3am and end at 7pm on snow days, with a guaranteed 2 days off per week) Ability to work a consistent summer schedule, (hours are typically 7am to 5pm, Mondays - Thursdays and occasionally Fridays and optional Saturdays due to inclement weather prior in the week) Ability to work year round, with no significant or unapproved gaps Keen attention to detail Consistent, eagerness to improve clients’ properties Contagious, positive “can-do” attitude Reasonable Suspicion Training for Supervisors provided at BSS
