Rehearsal space suggestions?

I'm part of a string instrument ensemble and the lease we just signed for a lesson/rehearsal space fell through right before it was about to start and now we're scrambling to find something else asap. Can anyone recommend relatively quiet places that we could look into renting for rehearsal for up to 10 players? 'Quiet' in our case means not having a metal band practicing across the hall (i.e. not Bongo Fury or similar warehouse practice spaces), but things like acoustic guitars, pianos, or classical instruments would be no problem. We're open to options where we are the sole lessees of a room or shared spaces as long as they have safe or locked storage for instruments. Thanks for your suggestions, we're in a real bind right now.
