Description
Punch list across 3 homes in same town. (a) Home 1: a1) Install garage ceiling 110V single gang plugs sourced from wall plug (via exposed alum conduit you put between them); a2) Find/ reconnect underground exterior pole lite power chord that was severed by contractor digging; a3) Replace 110V kitchen outlet with new outlet; a4) connect/ solder 1 of 6 bulb units on ceiling lite. (b) Home 2: b1) Repair existing outside patio lite connection - it may have a loose in-line wire/ neutral (the inside switch reads 80 volts); b2) Repair bedroom 110v plug wiring that reads 70'ish volts (loose neutral?); b3) At breaker box in basement, convert a 220 volt wire/ circuit (goes to a single bedroom A/C plug) to a 110 volt wire/ circuit (rewire breakers only - bedroom plug is normal 110V config). (c) Home 3: c1) Replace exterior sidewalk pole lite on existing pole; c2) Replace exterior 110v double plug with new waterproof plug box; c2) Install new single gang 110 v electrical box and a GFIC plug in bathroom.
I pay for a materials / parts list - we confirm parts list prior to your arrival. My preference is to find someone I trust and can afford longer term for recurring jobs in rental homes. Sooner is better. Please reply with your electrical experience - full time licensed electrician, handyman or occasional side jobs. How far you'd travel to get to Wellesley. When you are available. Age group - teenager, sixties, other? Semi-retired is fine.
P.S. I'm looking to pay in the neighborhood of what a company would pay an electrician to do the work, not the 2X overhead an electrical company would charge to pay others in addition to the electrician.
