Awakened Mana presents Wellness Wednesday. Join us on November 3rd for a New Moon Sound Healing Meditation with Christine Loke! This gong sound meditation is all about sharing how sound and vibration can dramatically shift our perspective, raise our consciousness and even help us heal ourselves. The intention is to bring healing to mind, body and spirit through the mindful practice of sound meditation.
