I currently have a practice spot that I am willing to share with responsible trust worthy people. Located at Fort Knox studios.
I'm currently not playing with my band and the room is empty w the exception of some guitar gear. Not sure how many square feet but, used to have 2 bands w 2 drum kits and was enough space.
Rent would be $300.00 a month w a $300.00 security that would pay for your last month or for any damages
I'm currently paying $600.00 a month so you would be paying 1/2 of that
Nice spot and location plus I am very flexible on times w using the room.
