Our November pairing dinner at Parkside combines a delicious four-course menu with perfect options from Sierra Nevada Brewery and Michael David Winery!
First Course:
Lobster Stuffed Shrimp—very light and simple. Mild heat with a citrus pop.
Second Course:
Pear Salad—Pears, candied walnuts, and mixed greens in a light blood orange vinaigrette, bleu cheese, and fried prosciutto, finished with a balsamic glaze.
Third Course:
Steak and Sweet Potatoes—Sirloin flap sauced with mushroom dijon cream sauce. Salty and sweet with seasonal vegetables.
Fourth Course:
Blueberry Berry Bread Pudding—Sweet with a hint of vanilla, covered with a whisky cream glaze.
