Chef Miller presents his new chef series HOG WILD!! Forklift Restaurant will host a guest chef to put their spin on a roasted whole hog! For the first event, November 7th, Chef Cooper has decided to team up with his favorite local chefs and restaurant owners from Sao Thai, Pookie and JoJo. Together they will prepare a 3 course meal based upon a whole roasted hog. Forklifts Bar Manager @laikenwallace will be featuring specialty Thai cocktails and drink specials. We will also feature live music with @marfarmassey and the band😎
