We are looking for our family’s new right-hand person! About Us Mom and Dad both work from home, and our three children are in school during the day. We have reached a point in our careers where we need to fully focus during the day on work, and then be able to leave our offices and have the home and life management taken care of. Ideally this position will grow, but we ask for at least a 1 year commitment with the hours/schedule outlined and will honor that same commitment with our new hire if both parties are happy. We are a very easy going family but value privacy, kindness, anticipating needs, trust, self direction and flexibility. About The Job We really need a jack/jill of all trades for 10-12 hours/week starting with... Organizing different parts of the home Meal planning and meal prep Errands (e.g. grocery shopping, shipping items, etc) Chop vegetables + fruit for snacks Prepare healthy lunches for Mom and Dad Making appointments Switching out seasonal clothing for the children Taking inventory and keeping us stocked on household items Handling Amazon returns Dry cleaning and other errands Keeping the house running smoothly Researching and hiring/managing landscaping, handyman projects, etc. Help with prep for Mom’s cookie business, so baking experience is a plus!!! Not everything on this list will need to be done during each visit, I will provide a daily and weekly schedule of what I would like done, and when. Hours will be three days per week from 10am until approximately 2pm. ****This is the PERFECT job for a mother whose children are in school! About You We need someone that LOVES helping others. You take pride and joy in keeping the house running seamlessly + organized so that when we are done working at the end of the day, we don’t have to think about home “stuff” at all. No job is too small, and you look for ways to anticipate our family’s needs, and trying to make sure we are always set up for success. We also need someone who is comfortable with working with me on meal planning, and prepping healthy meals. I have a lot of recipes and cookbooks with meals that we already love. For example: Notice when my toiletries were running out and replaced them without my asking Keeping favorite snacks, fruits and veggies prepped Unpack our suitcases when we got back from a trip Line up someone to come and get the leaves out of the gutters and winterize the house If this isn’t the kind of person you are or want to be for our family, then this isn’t the position for you.
