Community Culture spotlighting Black Business We define “Soul Food” as food that warms the soul, it’s multicultural and a celebration of life. Since June 2020, Blax Friday in partnership with Hotel Congress spotlights local Black businesses on Soul Food Wednesdays. Join us every last Wednesday of October through December with delicious plates from Off The Hook Seafood and Dre’s Seafood & BBQ. There will also be a themed drink special at Westbound and SFW inspired menu items from Decibel Kitchen, Beaut Burger, and Kukai.
