High-rise Condominium Association in Las Vegas, NV is seeking applicants for a full-time landscaper position. This position is scheduled for 40 hours per week. Requirements: 1. Experienced in landscaping. 2. Irrigation system knowledge. 3. The physical ability to bend, stoop, squat, walk long distances, climb stairs, dig with shovels, work basic equipment, get into, out of, and work in small spaces, lift up to 25 lbs. regularly, and lift up to 50 lbs. on occasion. 4. The ability to work any and all hours needed, including being called in for emergencies, which could include overtime. 5. Be able to effectively communicate with co-workers, other staff members, Management, and residents/homeowners/guests professionally and respectfully at all times. This will include communications with vendors and outside contractors. 6. The ability and attitude to learn, take constructive direction with a positive attitude and demeanor to learn whatever is needed and maintain a friendly workplace. 7. The willingness and ability to follow the Company's Mission Statement and core values to present the Company's authentic Corporate Culture. 8. The willingness and ability to document all work, work with contractors and vendors, receive and sign off on work done by outside contractors, document receipt of purchases and supplies, and all other required documentation. 9. All other job duties and requirements as assigned. 10. No visible tattoos on the hands, neck, or face. 11. Clean criminal record. 12. A 90-day introductory period is required. 13. COVID-19 Vaccination Required. Monetary Compensation: 1. Starting pay is $18.00 per hour depending on experience and qualifications. At review, this wage may be increased. First review at 90- days. 2. There are seven (7) paid holidays per year. At no time will Holiday pay be considered overtime. 3. Cost of Living Analyses are performed annually for possible wage increases. 4. Paid Vacation & Sick Time (inquire at interview for restrictions). Benefits (Non-Monetary Compensation): 1. After a 90-day introductory period (or inclusive of any introductory period extensions), medical, dental, and vision insurance is available. Company pays approximately 97% of the cost. 2. SIMPLE IRA retirement plan offered, with Employer Match (inquire at interview for match restrictions). 3. Up to $15,000 Company paid Life & AD&D insurance. 4. Direct Deposit is offered, but not required.
