Chef Derek Upton and Chef Don Royer will provide a delectable dinner experience which will also benefit Veterans.
Elevations' Chef Derek Upton and The Clarendon Hotel and Spa , along with Airforce Veteran, guest Chef Don Royer, will be offering you a mouth watering three course dinner at the Midtown Phoenix, Edgemont Restaurant.
A portion of the proceeds will be going to assist Veterans.

Chef Derek Upton
Redefining what it means to be a chef, artist and food content creator, Chef Derek Upton has paved a path of his own. As a pioneer of the cannabis food movement Chef Derek took the opportunity to be a featured chef on the Netflix original cooking show "Cooked with Cannabis" released April 20, 2020 and most recently Food Network. These features have led to numerous amazing friendships and business opportunities. He is always working on new ideas and always looking to the future which led him to The Clarendon Hotel and Spa.
Chef Don Royer
Mr. Royer brings with him over 30 years of food and beverage and hospitality experience, holding key roles in operations acquisitions and development for organizations, Golden Key Winner | Innkeeper Winner. Prior to joining Jackson Hospitality as their Corporate Executive Chef/Partner, he served as CEO & Founder of US Elite Combat Management. Prior to that, he worked as the F&B Director for Crowne Plaza Hotels, Director of Tucson International Airports Food and Beverage. Mr. Royer is also a Combat United States Air Force Veteran. His biggest success and honor is being a husband and a father. His focus is on American Fare.
