Reiki I attunement meditations, instruction, and practice--this is a "hands on" workshop to create relaxation and healing. Reiki is a Japanese energy healing technique based on the belief that one person can channel positive energy into another by means of gentle touch. This activates the body’s natural healing ability and can promote physical and emotional well-being through deep relaxation. In this workshop, you will learn the history of and foundational practices in Usui Reiki. $ 150 includes • level 1 attunements for the root, sacral, solar plexus and heart chakras • energy field assessment • guided practice on both the self and others • the opportunity for participation in energy healing shares • handouts to continue your practice, and more!
