Don Guerra is back for his highly-requested sourdough class! Learn from the founder, owner, and lead baker of Tucson’s own Barrio Bread.
Just in time for Thanksgiving!
Learn the science behind the dough, how to keep your starter alive and happy, and the secrets of artisanal bread making. Each participant will receive a sourdough starter and will make a loaf of bread to take home and bake.
The class will take place on the back patio of the Angel Charity for Children Culinary Education Center located at 2201 E. Roger Rd.
Tucson Village Farm will provide light refreshments and of course we'll get to sample Barrio Bread.
