OVERVIEW AZ Mini Movers is now hiring Experienced movers for our open Senior Director/Manager position (you must have a minimum of one year moving experience to be considered for this position). We are hiring new Senior Directors who have a business owner mindset and are dedicated to building a career or a business for themselves (not a job!) This position pays a starting salary of $25 per hour which is higher than any other moving company in the state Arizona. And once you factor in the money you will make from customer tips you will be making over $35 per hour on average. This is a full-time position with over 40+ hours per week available (MUST have extensive knowledge of the moving industry to apply) JOB DESCRIPTION * manage your own three man crew * Driving a 26 foot box truck (no CDL License required) * Safely pack and move Customer’s belongings into the box truck * Providing daily inventory reports * Providing exemplary customer service REQUIRED * valid drivers license * At least one year moving experience * Must be a skilled and experienced Mover * Know how to pack a truck efficiently * Handy with tools (know how to disassemble beds, tables, etc.) * Exemplary communication skills * Must be able to lift at least 100 lbs * Drug test ** HOW WE WORK ** * Virtually unlimited work hours! * flexible schedule * Starting manager pay $25 per hour * Full-time position * work over 40 hours per week if you desire! * Never work on holidays! * Igloos with ice and bottled water provided on every work truck ADVANCEMENT OPPORTUNITIES We believe in promoting within. Also allocates the companies marketing budget and assist with SCO and point of sales conversions. Hourly pay: $43 per hour Vice President: train upcoming senior directors. Also attend Company board meetings in California and Texas. Franchisee: Our company is all about expansion. We provide full financial support for all of our franchisees’ To open and operate their own Arizona movers INC location. This includes building rental, box truck purchases, and staffing.
