Calling new and old members to join us for Fall 2021 ABSW information meeting. Attendees will learn more about ABSW. Calling new and old members to join us for Fall 2021 ABSW information meeting. Attendees will learn about ABSW, upcoming activities for the year, member requirements, scholarships, and supports for students involved in the organization. For almost 100 years, the Junior League of Little Rock has worked to improve our community through providing volunteers, funding, and leadership support. These efforts, concentrated within the following areas of impact, give direction to our organization: Nutrition and Wellness School Preparedness The JLLR adopted a four-prong, ten year strategic plan in 2010 that aligns with our mission: Decrease childhood obesity in our community by increasing access to healthy foods and opportunities for physical activity, Improve literacy skills among Pulaski County students by narrowing the readiness gap, Secure our financial future through the growth of investments, endowments and sustainable fund development, and Establish the Junior League as the premier source of female leadership development in Little Rock.
