Ford, who died of cancer on Sunday.  Lt. Ford was 48 years old and served the Wakefield Fire Department for 16 years. He leaves his wife, Michelle, and three children, Robert, Caroline, and Michael. Wake and Visiting Hours Thursday, Oct. 28 from 4 to 8 p.m. McDonald Funeral Home, 19 Yale Avenue, WakefieldA firefighter walkthrough will be held at 3:40 p.m. Class A uniforms shall be worn.
