In search of a part-time employee with their own vehicle, who lives in Pacifica. Looking for an individual for whom a flexible part-time position, around 10-20 hours a week is ideal. Starting pay is 20/hr. We are looking for assistance with our vacation rental properties in Pacifica. We are property managers who do not live in Pacifica, and need someone close by to help with various small tasks that come up. Working hours will be between 10am-7pm. Total hours worked in a day will vary, and there is no set schedule - days of the week that are worked might also vary based on property needs. Job will include shopping for properties, cleaning inspections, dropping off items requested by guests, addressing small errands in relation to properties, light cleaning when/if things are missed by cleaners, creating welcome baskets, light sorting and organization of stock, and other small tasks. Plus if you can speak Spanish or Portuguese.
