AK Scientific is a small and well-established R&D chemical reagents supplier in the San Francisco Bay Area that has been serving pharmaceutical/biotech, CRO, novel technologies/materials, and academic organizations worldwide for over 17 years. The company provides a comprehensive range of bioactive small molecules, analytical references, reagents, building blocks, advanced intermediates, and bio & specialty chemicals. Our goals are to support customers to develop new medicines, vaccines, novel materials, and related scientific research to benefit all human beings, and to help our employees progress personally and professionally. We are currently looking for an associate level products specialist for daily operation. Our business hours are from 8:30am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. The initial min salary starts at $50,000 annually, plus $200 initial bonus per pay run. You can be raised to an operational lead/manager based on performance. The INITIAL job duty will be in one of the following areas and will be advanced as you become familiar with our operations. You are expected to be an expert, understanding our products in and out from both operation and business points. 1. Organize stockroom of different reagents, typically in 100g to 1kg plastic bottles 2. Process and restock products according to Pick Reports 3. Handle FedEx/UPS/DHL shipping after training 4. Support daily operations by working with others Requirements: 1. Strong computer skills with Microsoft Office 2. Reliable, organized, and attentive to details 3. Solid English communication skills. Chinese skill can be a plus but is not needed. 4. No experience in this field required (extensive training will be provided).
