Job description SiliconX Construction, Inc. is currently hiring for a maintenance technician (Clean-up): **MUST HAVE VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE** JOB SUMMARY: Under direction from our Maintenance Director, the maintenance person will service our portfolio. The right candidate will perform skilled tasks in the maintenance of our commercial buildings. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Perform repairs as requested by Property Managers. Responsibilities included but not limited to: janitorial, painting, T-bar, drywall, HVAC, electrical, plumbing and all other repairs in a timely manner. QUALIFICATIONS: At least (5) five years previous maintenance experience required. Ability to work on a computer and smart phone Ability to keep accurate and detailed records Must have a clean, professional appearance and good communication skills Must have own tools **Clean DMV record** Background checks are conducted prior to employment.
