PRESCHOOL CLASSROOM CLEANER Golden Gate Guppies Preschool (GGG) is seeking a classroom cleaner to join our teaching team. GGG has a 1;6 teacher/child ratio and 33 children capacity to ensure that every child receives quality care. Teachers have the support to develop meaningful relationships with each child and to foster their social and emotional growth. GGG parent community is strong and actively participate in our school functions, events, field trips. Please visit our website for a virtual tour, www.goldengateguppies.com Work Hours Monday through Friday 10:30 AM – 1:30 PM (total 15 hours a week) Pay Rate: $21.00/Per Hour Paid Time Off - All Federal holidays (10 days) Golden Gate Guppies Preschool is a Year Round Program, however we are closed for school breaks: Spring Break 5 days, Summer Break 5 days, Winter Break 10 days, Teacher Training 5 days) Responsibilities • Clean kitchen area. Wash dishes and dry. • Wipe down tables in classroom and sweep floor • Soak project materials in bucket. Clean, dry and put away • Clean teachers closet, put materials away • Organize teachers’ area and materials room • Clean and disinfect the bathrooms (adult and children) total of two bathrooms • Set up nap cots for children, approximately 30 cots • After lunch sweep classroom floor, clean and disinfect the chairs • Restock toilet tissue, paper towels, soap dispensers as needed • Empty garbage cans and replace liners MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS • Primary language English we do have Spanish speaking teachers • Punctual, dependable and flexible • Excellent time management skills • Fingerprint & TB clearance • Good Physical Health • Candidates are required to take an online pesticide and mandated reporter (child abuse) training.
