Press release from EEF: Oct. 27, 2021 The Elmbrook Education Foundation (EEF) will host the 18th Annual Ladies Night on Thursday, December 2, 2021, from 6:30-9:30pm at Western Racquet Club, Elm Grove, Wis. The event will feature a silent auction, raffle, mystery swag bags, VIP packages, cash purse raffle, gift card tree raffle, jewelry raffle and more. Kelly Ebbole, Ladies Night Chair, said "We are thrilled to be planning the 18th Annual EEF Ladies Night. We're delighted to be organizing an in-person event that is a night full of shopping, socializing and raising money for the school district of Elmbrook. If you, your company, or employer would be interested in sponsoring or donating to our event, please reach out to me at 262-725-5222 or [email protected]." This year, funds raised will go towards sensory tool kits in the elementary classrooms. A sensory tool kit will equip classrooms with materials to assist students in substituting challenging behaviors with sensory- based activities. Sensory tools are intended to support self-regulation, improve focus, and increase participation. Providing these tools in our classroom supports the sensory needs of our students, making learning more accessible. We will follow CDC guidelines to ensure the safety of our guests and volunteers. Tickets are available at https://LN2021.givesmart.com The EEF was organized in 1958 to award scholarships to select Brookfield High School graduates. In 1999, the Foundation's mission expanded to include teacher grants for innovative projects that benefit all students. The EEF raises money to support and strengthen outstanding learning ideas that improve the overall educational quality of our public schools. EEF has awarded over $1,400,000 in scholarships and over $500,000 in grants which enhance and extend the established curriculum and support projects that are beyond the District's budget.
